The Customer Services Administrator Role is varied and involves working with a current team of members to ensure we deal with Customers enquiries through to completion in a professional and courteous manner.
We use our own Bespoke Customer Relationship Manager/Diary Planner Operating Platform that allows us to Manage our workflow from inception through to Invoice in a streamlined operation, with our workforce linked via Tablet Devices and the ability to complete all of their written reports electronically. Training will be provided on our systems and procedures.
The right candidate will be articulate, and a good communicator (lots of Phone calls) with experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel, and above all will be a calm individual who works well under pressure. Our Business is reactive in that we deal with many calls on a day to day basis from our Clients to Action Engineer Visits to deal with Heating System Failures and Repairs, as well as Planned Visits to undertake Annual Servicing of Home Heating Systems and Appliances.
The Role is based at our Offices in Sawston, Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break midway through the day, Salary will be based on Experience and between £18K and £21K, Holiday will be 23 Days Per Year, Plus 8 Bank Holidays. you will receive in addition Contributions to our Pension Scheme, Death in Benefit Life Insurance twice your Annual Salary.
