We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant to join our small busy office based in Sawston.

Job Role:

We are looking for an excellent communicator with demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills who is confident and articulate in handling telephone calls and representing Shelford Heating Ltd effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone answering to customers, suppliers, contractors and service/installation technicians and deal effectively with their enquiries/requests using our bespoke Field Service Management System
  • Deliver administration support to our team of Service and Installation Engineers.
  • Follow agreed processes for all tasks as described and to participate in regular reviews of procedures to ensure continuous improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent IT Skills including use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail

 

Salary negotiable and commensurate upon age and experience
