I write to thank you and your team, for doing a wonderful job here and for being so considerate of our Interests.
From our first meeting and then with Sam, leading to the contract we agreed, i have been impressed by your obvious competence and ability to do the job (as i told you, a number of people i contacted declined, it being beyond their capabilities). Sam’s contracts were exhaustive in their detail-and way beyond me! – and how he then assembled all the myriad of parts that were needed i dont know. He was also a pleasure and very efficient to deal with.
Your Team we enjoyed having here-not something you often say when distruption is everywhere. They kept the distruption to a Minimum. They were excellent at clearing up. All very clearly Competent as well as being Nice Men and nothing seemed to much for them. As they will be well aware, i was extremely grateful with the diligence with which they applied themselves to getting the anti jackdaw cowls in place. i was especially impressed by Luke.

We had a new oil tank and boiler installed by Shelford Heating between 11th February and 15th February and i would like to compliment you on the quality of your staff.
Charlotte came to survey the task and gave us a quote, she was incredibly knowledgeable and informative and gave us a clear idea of what to expect.
Sam and Matt, with a day’s help from Connor, were the engineers who did the installation and it is impossible to fault them. They worked efficiently and cleanly, taking minimal time for breaks and again explained everything as the work progressed. They also ensured that we were left without heating for the minimum of time. They were always corteous and a pleasure to have around the house in a time of turmoil.
I must also mention, the electrician, who again lived up to the high standards. So far all is working well with the boiler, long may it remain so, you have every reason to be proud of your staff.

This job related to a malfunction of our boiler on the night of Dec 23rd; it was diagnosed as a failure of the motorised valve which meant that the boiler was blazing away without stopping. I called you at 9am on Christmas Eve and your engineer was here in less than a couple of hours and fixed the problem. I would like to thank you most sincerely for this excellent service on a Saturday morning so close to Christmas, which saved the day. So lucky that the valve didn’t wait until Christmas Day to fail!
